VGENT GLOBAL VENTURES INC. (VGVI),  formerly known as Vgent Group Inc. (VGI) will take the driving wheel and stand as the parent company.  VGVI finally secured its company SEC registration No. CS201819574 dated August 31, 2018 which is also the official date of incorporation. The company will assume the driving force in leadership of the group and contribute in the new beginning for its diversified business operations. For two decades the former VGI business trusts were import, indent, and distribution of various products such as food supplement, LPG safety devices, manicure instruments, medicinal oil, Swiss watches, and raw materials for the ceramics and paper industries.

 

While in the new beginning, VGVI main thrust is in business management and consultancy services to both star-ups and growing businesses.  As such each offers the following: Project Feasibility Studies, business plans, business partnership profiling and Business Ventures.

 

This company will also engaged in business trade show and exposition management services, where it enhances the import and export promoting industry in the Philippines, including but not limited to sourcing high-quality products and services through trade fairs,.
