VGENT FOUNDATION INC.
VGENT FOUNDATION INC. (VFI) was incorporated at the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 21, 1994. Its initial activities involved livelihood training in cooperation with government and Non-Government Organizations. It sent participants to environmental workshops and seminars in Europe and conducted economic and tourism studies in Guam and the CNMI.
On August 20, 2008, it launched its scholarship program with 40 beneficiaries from Miramar Elementary School and Saoang Elementary School. Two years later, it leased a one hectare lot that serves as training ground for grassroots football development.
In 2010, it sponsored a Philippine football selection to participate in the Fragaria Cup 2010 at Presov, Slovakia. In July 2011, it was followed by the Ilocos Football Association
It initiated the opening of a trust fund that will guarantee continuance of its scholarship program for at least 100 years.

VGVI secured its company SEC registration No. CS201819574 dated August 31, 2018 on our official date of incorporation. The company assumes leadership of the group and contributes to the diversified business operations. For two decades the former VGI business trusts were import, indent, and distribution of various products of food supplement, LPG safety devices, manicure instruments, medicinal oil, Swiss watches, and raw materials for ceramics and paper industries.
VGVI main purpose is in business management and consultancy services to both star-ups and growing businesses. Each offers the following: Project Feasibility Studies, business plans, business partnership profiling and Business Ventures.
